Shipping

Xsteeltargets.com ships to the address as provided by the customer at checkout and does not assume responsibility for any errors caused by customer during checkout procedure and address entry. Customer is responsible for entering correct information. If a package is returned due to any errors or issues including but not limited to no mail receptacle, wrong address and/or any other errors then the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Xsteeltargets.com will be responsible for any errors that were caused by them. Check all address before submitting orders to make sure they are correct.

Carriers

We use UPS, USPS and FEDEX to deliver most of our packages. If there are any issues with these carriers, please let us know before you purchase. We are not responsible for orders returned due to "No Mail Receptacle". If your item ships UPS ground, then you will need to provide us with a physical address.

Free Shipping

Free shipping over $250.00. The only exclusion for the free shipping is large size targets going to AK, HI or US Territories. Please contact us for additional shipping charges. There are no restrictions on quantities. Any orders outside the lower 48 that require UPS will result in additional fees. Please contact us for more information and quotes on shipping. AK and HI orders can qualify for the free shipping but only on specific items. Please feel free to contact us via email for more information on additional shipping charges.

Tracking Numbers

Once we ship your items a tracking number will be emailed to you if you enter a correct email address. Some orders will send in multiple packages. Sometimes these packages will not travel together and arrive on a separate day.

Shipping Times

We try to get all orders out the same day if they are received before 12:00 PM CT. If the order is made after 12:00PM it will generally ship out the next day.  Different times of the year can result in longer processing times caused by high volumes of orders. We still try to get orders out as quick as possible but depending on the items availability it can take longer than our usually same day shipping. Please contact us for estimated shipping times or possible back ordered items. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Areas

We ship anywhere in the United States and Territories. We do not export. We do not ship to Canada.
